Questcor announces quarterly dividend, expands buyback program

Questcor Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:QCOR) announced it will pay a regular quarterly dividend starting with an initial dividend of $0.20 per share on Nov. 15 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 31. The board also authorized the repurchase of an additional 3.8 million shares, bringing the company's total buyback authorization to 7 million shares.
