Ark said it appointed Iain Ross as a consultant to support Ark's management in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives as part of an ongoing strategic review. Ross has also been nominated to serve as a non-executive director. Ark also said several companies have completed or are completing due diligence on Ark's wound care business and negotiations are in progress with these companies.
