Arana, CSL, greenovation Biotech GmbH deal

Arana will receive an undisclosed milestone payment from CSL under a 2006 deal to develop humanized versions of CSL’s antibodies. The payment was triggered by Arana’s delivery of the final report to CSL, following the development of a second humanized antibody. Arana is eligible for further milestones and royalties if CSL chooses to further develop antibody candidates.
