PHGN acquired from ALLP an exclusive license to intellectual property covering methods for using particulate contrast materials to follow the course of tumor cells to lymph nodes, which PHGN will use in its non-invasive diagnostics to determine if cancer has spread to the lymph nodes (lymphography). The license covers the compounds' use with computed tomography (CT), x-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
