Aastrom, Cobe BCT Inc. sales and marketing update

The companies terminated their 1993 agreement for Cobe, a division of Gambro AB (Stockholm, Sweden), to market ASTM's AastromReplicell Cell Production System and associated stem cell therapy kits. ASTM said it will develop a consolidated marketing plan for its stem cell therapy and cellular immunotherapy kits in areas such as oncology, which were outside Cobe's area of focus. ASTM said it requires a partner able to market kits in all indications. Cobe will support ASTM's European launch of AastromReplicell until ASTM finds a new partner. ...
