Two studies of Granocyte showed that the drug speeds the recovery of neutrophils in lymphoma patients after reinfusion with mobilized peripheral blood progenitor stem cells (PBPCs), allowing for earlier hospital discharge.
The studies also compared Granocyte to Amgen Inc.'s Neupogen G-CSF in mobilizing PBPCs in healthy donors. The results were presented at the meeting of the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation. ...
