Biomatrix, Collagen Corp. deal

CGEN will market BIOX's Hylaform gel for facial wrinkles and scars in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada and certain markets in Latin America and the Middle East. Hylaform is a hylan gel used for viscoaugmentation of dermal tissue.

CGEN paid $5 million for the marketing rights. BIOX will receive royalties and will manufacture the product for CGEN, which will sell Hylaform to dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other specialists. ...
