DRAXF will acquire the remaining DAH shares it does not currently own in exchange for 1.35 million DRAXF shares in a friendly tender offer. DRAXF closed Friday at $3.062 and has 23.1 million shares outstanding prior to the acquisition. DRAXF now owns 44 percent (3.3 million shares) of DAH, plus convertible debt that if converted would increase its holdings to 52 percent. DAH closed the week at C$5.50.
