BWI completed its purchase of Clonetics, a supplier of human cell systems, for $8.8 million. BWI also assumed about $3.4 million in liabilities. In 1994, Clonetics reported earnings of $700,000 on sales of $4.8 million. Sales for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 1995 are expected to be $5.4 million. ...
