Techniclone International Corp., Cambridge Antibody Technology Ltd. deal

The companies formed a 50/50 joint venture to develop and market a class of monoclonal antibodies for cancer therapy and diagnosis. The agreement will combine CAT's technology for producing human MAbs with TCLN's Tumor Necrosis Technology (TNT).
