AgriVirion Inc. regulatory update

AgriVirion received notice of allowance for a U.S. patent covering the use of its preoccluded virus (POV) technology. The patent covers the discovery and stabilization of a form of baculoviruses, which primarily infect insects and therefore would be useful as insecticides.
