FS069 ultrasound imaging agent for echocardiography data

Preliminary results from a 30-patient Phase II study with FS069, MB's second generation ultrasound contrast agent, showed 92 percent concordance (p<0.0001) between stress nuclear imaging and FS069 to detect abnormal perfusion.
The trial compared myocardial perfusion identified by pharmacologic stress nuclear imaging, the current standard, to images obtained by myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) using FS069 in the same patients.
