AHP and MEDI (Gaithersburg, Md.) amended their 1993 alliance. MEDI returned its right to co-promote AHP's antibiotic Zosyn, and has reacquired AHP's right to co-promote its MEDI-493 antibody. AHP will receive a royalty on sales of MEDI-493.

MEDI's obligation to co-fund and co-promote AHP's respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine was converted to a right to receive a royalty on sales of the vaccine. The terms of the agreement pertaining to MEDI's RespiGam (RSVIG-IV) immune globulin are unchanged. RespiGam will be co-promoted by Wyeth-Lederle Vaccines and Pediatrics. ...
