EMBX reached settlements with the three remaining defendants in a patent infringement suit regarding EMBX's U.S. Patent No. 4,458,630 covering the in ovo administration of various poultry health products.

Under the agreement, EMBX said Rame Hart Inc. (Mountain Lakes, N.J.), Service Engineering Corp. (Salisbury, Md.) and Edward Bounds, a principal at Service Engineering, have promised not to practice or induce others to practice the method of any claim of the '630 patent.
