PBIO will begin an exchange offer for the 2.645 million units of PTCCZ outstanding. For each unit tendered, the company will exchange one share of PBIO stock and a warrant to purchase a share of PBIO over an 18-month period at the greater of $13.50, or $4.50 above the price of PBIO stock prior to the commencement of the exchange offer.
