ALMR said the judge in the company's trade secret case against Difco Laboratories Inc. (Detroit) issued a stipulated order constraining Difco's marketing activities pending a February hearing on ALMR's motion for a preliminary injunction.

Under the order, Difco has agreed not to sell any product for microbial susceptibility testing that employs the dye resazurin for colorimetric and/or fluorimetric testing; not to sell any product based on a patent obtained by Difco; and not to transfer, assign, license or otherwise encumber the patent. ...
