Pharmacyclics, E-Z-EM Inc. deal

E-Z-EM obtained exclusive distribution rights in the U.S., Canada and Mexico to Pharmacyclics' Gadolite Oral Suspension, an oral contrast agent. In addition to receiving an undisclosed license fee, Pharmacyclics (Sunnyvale, Calif.) will receive milestones and share in the profits of net sales of Gadolite.
