Activated Cell Therapy Inc. deal

The Mountain View, Calif., company and Pharmacia Biotech Inc. will develop, manufacture and market kits based on Activated Cell Therapy's density gradient technology for selective cell enrichment. The technology uses density gradients to separate specific populations of cells, including blood and immune cell precursors, from blood and bone marrow and other sources.

Activated Cell Therapy will manufacture the kits, which Pharmacia will market. The companies also will co-develop cell enrichment kits for peripheral blood stem cell or bone marrow transplantation. ...
