Humanized monoclonal antibody directed against the carcinoembryonic antigen data

IMMU (Morris Plains, N.J.) said it had successfully targeted the antibody in two human patients, with uptake into the tumor that did not differ from that seen with the mouse version of the antibody.

Chairman and CEO David Goldenberg said the protocol, which will look at 5-10 patients, is providing proof of principle that the humanized product targets tumors "as elegantly" as mouse antibodies. ...
