Gensia Inc., Genta deal

The Geomatrix controlled-release formulation of the drug was developed by Genta Jago, a joint venture between GNTA (San Diego) and Jagotec AG. The joint venture is collaborating with GNSA on orally deliverable treatments for cardiovascular diseases.

GNSA (San Diego) said it signed an agreement with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer to manufacture the product for the pivotal studies, as well as for commercialization.
