CYTO (Princeton, N.J.) said it settled a class action suit for an undisclosed sum. The suit, brought against the company in Sept. 1992, alleged that CYTO failed to disclose the impact of European sales of its OncoScint imaging agent for colorectal and ovarian cancers. Other terms weren't disclosed, although CYTO said the settlement is on terms favorable to CYTO's shareholders. The settlement was included in CYTO's fourth quarter (ended Jan. 1) as a non-recurring charge. ...
