sanofi-aventis joined the European Network for Translational Research in Atrial Fibrillation (EUTRAF). The consortium was awarded a €12 million ($16.7 million) grant for a five-year research project through the seventh Framework Programme for EU research to improve the management of atrial fibrillation (AF).
