OMS103HP: Additional Phase II data

Additional data from a double-blind Phase II trial in 143 patients undergoing arthroscopic knee meniscectomy surgery showed that OMS103HP significantly reduced pain as measured by mean VAS pain scores over the first 24 hours post-surgery vs. vehicle-treated patients (33.98 vs. 38.35, p=0.212). OMS103HP also significantly improved the mean degree of passive knee flexion vs. vehicle at day 7 (121.6 vs. 115.1, p=0.022). Additionally, the proportion of OMS103HP-treated patients achieving knee flexion >=125 degrees was 56.3% vs. 29.1% for vehicle (p=0.001), while the proportion achieving >=95 and >=110 degrees was 93% and 80.3%, respectively, vs. 85% and 68.1% for vehicle. ...
