AVI BioPharma preclinical data

In cynomolgus monkeys challenged with a lethal dose of Marburg virus, all 4 monkeys treated with 30 mg/kg IV AVI-6003 survived the infection, while all control monkeys treated with saline died on days 9-12. Additionally, 3 of 5 monkeys treated in each of the 7.5 and 15 mg/kg AVI-6002 dose groups survived the challenge. Data were published in Nature Medicine. ...
