The Attorney General of the State of New Jersey issued a subpoena to Amgen on Jan. 14 relating to allegations that the company violated patient confidentiality laws and engaged in off-label marketing. The subpoena requests documents and information concerning the marketing, sale and prescriptions of Enbrel etanercept from July 2002 to the present by Feb. 4. Amgen did not comment.
