Chemokine prices IPO

Chemokine (TSE:CTI) raised C$16 million (US$13 million) in an IPO through the sale of 16 million shares at C$1, giving it a post-money valuation of C$29.3 million ($23.8 million). Underwriters were Canaccord; Jennings Capital; McFarlane Gordon; and Wellington West. The deal has a 2.4 million share overallotment.
