KeyNeurotek acquires Sirenade

Neurology company KeyNeurotek (Magdeburg, Germany) acquired Sirenade (Munich, Germany). Sirenade, which was founded in 2003 through the merger of kinase companies Nadag and SiReen, is developing compounds for CNS indications. KeyNeurotech's lead compound, KN 38-7271, has completed Phase I testing for traumatic brain injury. The cannabinoid receptor agonist was in-licensed from Bayer (FSE:BAYG; BAY). ...
