Newron prices IPO

Neurology company Newron (SWX:NWRN) raised CHF118.1 million ($99 million) through the sale of 2.1 million shares at CHF55 in an IPO on the SWX Swiss Exchange. The deal price was within the proposed CHF45-CHF60 range and values the Italian company at CHF320 million ($286 million). Lehman; Morgan Stanley; Vontobel; and Sal. Oppenheim were the underwriters.
