PharmaStem said it filed a motion against in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts that requests a preliminary injunction against ViaCell's cryopreserving and storing cord blood for therapeutic use in hematopoietic reconstitution. PharmaStem said the motion relates to its U.S. Patents Nos. 6,461,645 and No. 6,569,427. ...
