A1M Pharma, NeuroVive deal

A1M and NeuroVive partnered to conduct research in mitochondrial medicine. The companies will initially utilize their "complementary scientific platforms" in ongoing research projects, after which they will explore the possibility of a "closer collaboration." Each company will be responsible for its own costs related to the collaboration. Both companies will retain rights to existing registered IP, but future inventions from the collaboration will be jointly owned by NeuroVive and A1M.
