Bavarian Nordic raises $36.4 million

Bavarian Nordic A/S (CSE:BAVA) raised DKK204.8 million ($36.4 million) through the sale of 1.1 million shares at DKK195 in a private placement to institutional investors. The price is a 5% discount to Bavarian's Tuesday close of DKK205, before the offering was proposed. Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Nordea Markets were joint global coordinators and bookrunners.
