ThromboGenics raises EUR 55.9 million

ThromboGenics N.V. (Euronext:THR) raised EUR 55.9 million ($74.2 million) through the sale of 2.9 million shares at EUR 19 in a private placement. The price is a 3% discount to ThromboGenics' Thursday close of EUR 19.61, before the offering was proposed. KBC; Jefferies; and Petercam are joint bookrunners. KBC is also global coordinator.
