Bioniche raises C$14.5 million

Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. (TSX:BNC) raised C$14.5 million ($14.4 million) through the sale of 10 million shares at C$1.45 in a follow-on underwritten by NCP Northland Capital Partners; Dundee; and National Bank Financial. As part of the offering, the company plans to raise an additional A$15 million ($14.8 million) through the sale of 10 million shares at A$1.50 in an initial public offering in Australia and New Zealand.
