Genset, Wyeth-Ayerst deal

GENXY and Wyeth-Ayerst’s Genetics Institute unit (Cambridge, Mass.) reconfigured their 1997 agreement for GENXY to provide secreted proteins for inclusion in GI’s DiscoverEase human secreted protein identification program. As revised, GI obtained an option to license for use in its internal drug discovery programs up to 1,000 sequences and corresponding clones from GENXY’s gene library.
