Nexell, VimRx, Baxter Healthcare Corp. gene/cell therapy news

VMRX shareholders approved the company’s previously announced decision to become Nexell by acquiring Baxter’s minority stake in Nexell and changing VMRX’s name to Nexell (see BioCentury, May 17). Company headquarters will be in Irvine, and Nexell will trade as NEXL on NASDAQ. ...
