Maxamine inhibitor of histamine receptors on phagocytes data

MMP updated results from an ongoing Phase IIb trial in Sweden showing extended duration of remission beyond the times reported in published trials of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in AML. Of 22 patients in complete remission with use of Maxamine, 12 have been in the study long enough for the remission times to be evaluated. The therapy has been discontinued by 4 patients due to the length of their remission, on advice from their physicians.
Six patients in CR2 remission have been disease-free remission 23.5 months. Typical duration of CR2 remission is less than six months. The six patients in the CR1 arm have extended remission time to a mean of 25.1 months; the historical mean for CR1 is 12 months. ...
