ArQule, Sugen deal

The companies agreed to develop a collection of compounds designed to target binding sites common to many signal transduction molecules. ArQule will use its Directed Array combinatorial chemistry synthesis technologies to build the compounds based on lead chemical structures and new chemical structure scaffolds provided by SUGN. SUGN will retain exclusive rights to the collection with respect to tyrosine kinase and serine threonine kinase targets, while ArQule will receive royalties.
