AntiCancer, ThermoLase Corp. deal

TLZ received exclusive worldwide rights (excluding Asia) to AntiCancer's liposomal delivery technology for use in hair removal. TLZ believes that liposomes might provide a more effective method for delivering carbon, the main ingredient in its Thira cream product, to the hair follicle.

TLZ will pay a $100,000 up-front fee, and up to $1.5 million in milestones and royalties. ...
