Telor Ophthalmic Pharmaceuticals Inc., Occupational Health + Rehabilitation Inc. deal

The companies completed their merger (see BioCentury Feb. 26, 1996). Occupational Health operates outpatient health care centers for work-related injuries and illnesses.

In conjunction with the merger, TELR issued 681,421 common shares in exchange for all Occupational Health shares outstanding. Options held by employees, directors and consultants were converted into an additional 117,807 common shares, while warrants to acquire Occupational Health shares were converted into 20,977 shares. ...
