Gensia Inc., Pfizer deal

GNSA received a $5 million payment from Pfizer, after the companies' agreement to develop GNSA's adenosine regulating agents to treat pain cleared government review under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (see BioCentury May 13).
