Embrex, Select Laboratories Inc. deal

EMBX and Select terminated their agreement under which Select, a division of Rhone Merieux (Lyon, France), had exclusive marketing and manufacturing rights in North and South America and Asia to EMBX's viral neutralizing factor (VNF) product.

Under a 1991 agreement, EMBX's VNF was combined into a poultry product with Sanofi Animal Health's Gumboro disease vaccine. Rhone Merieux acquired Sanofi Animal Health's North American, South American and Asian operations in March 1995, and the former poultry unit was assigned to Select. ...
