Trophix Pharmaceuticals Inc, Janssen Pharmaceutica deal

The companies will collaborate to develop compounds to treat neuropathic pain using genes that code for and regulate neuron specific sodium channels. Trophix will combine its research capabilities and biological assays with Janssen's capabilities in medicinal chemistry and pharmacology to identify new classes of analgesic compounds.
