AccuSite injectable gel update

Results of a Phase I/II study of 53 psoriatic plaques in 11 patients were reported in the Archives of Dermatology.
Sixty percent (20 of 33) treated plaques showed a definite improvement, defined as decreased thickness and less scaling and erythema, compared with minimal or no changes in the 20 plaques in the two control groups. Plaque improvements were sustained over the eight-week observation period. ...
