Chiron, N.V. Organon deal

The companies agreed to use CHIR's combinatorial chemistry technology to identify and develop drug candidates. The project will combine molecular diversity techniques to create compound libraries with biological receptor screening techniques to identify new classes of compounds with activity against selected disease targets.
Organon will pay CHIR an undisclosed annual fee and also will fund research at CHIR over several years. Each company will retain specific product rights, and be liable for payment of milestones and royalties to the other partner. ...
