Neurex, Warner-Lambert deal

NXCO received payments from Warner-Lambert totaling $2.25 million, composed of a $1.5 million share common stock purchase and a $75,000 prepayment of royalties under their collaboration to develop neuron specific calcium channel blockers. Warner-Lambert purchased 75,263 shares of NXCO at $19.93 in its second of two equal equity investments in the company. NXCO has 18.3 million shares outstanding after the investment. ...
