Herpes simplex virus-2 data

Cervical IgG and IgA were detected in response to the gR and gD subunit vaccine. Three doses of vaccine in MF59 adjuvant were given intramuscularly at 0, one and six months to 19 seronegative and 19 seropositive women.

Of 33 evaluable women, all but one had IgG-B and IgG-D responses to the vaccine; 31 of 34 had cervical IgA-B and 19 had IgA-D responses. ...
