Monopharm-C human monoclonal antibody data

NVO (Toronto) announced that Japanese testing showed efficacy of the antibody in determining the spread of colorectal cancer.

The study involved 5 patients, 3 of whom had recurrent rectal cancer, one who had pancreatic cancer with no evidence of recurrence after surgery, and one who had a small primary rectal cancer. The 4 patients with rectal cancer had positive images with the radiolabeled agent, while the fifth, who had no previously documented recurrence, also showed no spread. ...
