A federal judge has dismissed the government's case against Edmon Jennings, vice president of sales and marketing at GNE, related to charges of fraudulent marketing practices involving Protropin human growth hormone.
Ruling from the bench in Minneapolis, Judge David Doty said that even if the government's evidence were proved to be true, it was not sufficient for a jury to convict Jennings and three Caremark Inc. employees, who had been accused of participating in a scheme to provide kickbacks on Protropin prescriptions to a Minneapolis pediatrician. ...
