R-albuterol data

SEPR (Marlborough, Mass.) announced Phase II results showing that the single isomer form of albuterol had efficacy comparable to the racemic version at one-half and one-fourth the standard dose of the racemic drug.
A rapid onset of action also was seen at the three doses tested in the double-blind, cross-over study in 20 patients. Doses tested were one-eighth, one-fourth, and one-half of the standard racemic dose, as well as placebo. ...
