Apotex Pharmaceutical Group, Cangene, Rh Pharmaceuticals Inc. deal

CNJ completed its acquisition of Apotex's Rh Pharmaceuticals subsidiary (see BioCentury Sept. 11) in a deal that gives Apotex Group 85 percent ownership of the merged entity.

The companies have reorganized under the Cangene name, and the company will continue to trade under the symbol "CNJ". ...
